Georgia cotton growers have until midnight, Tuesday, March 5, 2013, to vote in the Georgia Cotton Commission referendum. Chairman Mike Lucas says that a favorable vote of 66 2/3 percent must be received for the Commission to continue their programs of research, promotion and education.
