Last week, Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens joined other state attorneys general in a lawsuit asking a federal court to strike down the “Waters of the United States” (WOTUS) rule from the Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Georgia Cotton Commission’s Richey Seaton says the commission is pleased to see Georgia join other states in this effort. …
