EPA Clean Water Act Guidance Document Will be Hard to Fight

The EPA is continuing its effort to expand jurisdiction of the Clean Water Act. This time through a guidance document and regulatory specialist for the American Farm Bureau Federation, Don Parrish, paints a pretty disturbing picture of just how much the expansion could affect farmers.
