ARS Hydrologist Honored for Bringing Accuracy to Soil Moisture Satellite Work

Research hydrologist Dr. Michael H. Cosh with the Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Hydrology and Remote Sensing Laboratory in Beltsville, Maryland, was honored with an Arthur S.
