Senate Passes Resolution Overturning Biden Administration’s WOTUS Rule
The U.S. Senate passed the Congressional Review Act joint resolution of disapproval that overturns the Biden Administration’s Waters of the United States (WOTUS) Rule by a 53-43 vote.
