The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association’s (NCBA) annual Legislative Conference kicks off tomorrow in Washington, D.C. And we’ve talked before about being this is an election year, not a lot of action by legislators is expected to take place between now and November. And NCBA Vice President of Government Affairs, Colin Woodall, agrees that most likely will be the case with issues of importance to agriculture.
