Southerland Unveils Numeric Nutrient Criteria Legislation

Representative Steve Southerland hosted a press conference in Tallahassee today to unveil key legislation he will introduce to empower Florida officials, rather than bureaucrats at the EPA, to set numeric nutrient standards for state waters. Southeast AgNet Intern Kayla Barthle was there and had a chance to speak with Representative Southerland regarding this important piece of legislation.
