ISSUE:
The EPA’s Numeric Nutrient Criteria regulations are expected to cost Floridians billions of dollars and we need the White House to intervene. The Obama Administration has said that it will review petitions that attract enough support and ensure it is sent to the appropriate policy experts and issued an official response.
IMPACT:
In order to gain the White House’s attention, a petition will need at least 5,000 signatures. Working with a coalition of municipalities, regulated industries and other agricultural associations, it is our goal to meet and exceed this goal.
