AL State Veterinarian on New Livestock Law

House Bill 561, passed and signed into law during the 2010 Alabama Legislative session, deals with livestock care and handling standards in Alabama. Their state veterinarian Dr. Tony Frazier said the basis of this new law is the right thing to do.
