One of the big events in the state capitol last week was a “Peanut Power Hour.” The promotion was co-hosted by the House and Senate Ag Committees and the Georgia Agribusiness Council to promote the benefits of the peanut industry and food products. Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle says that its important for consumers to know that their food is safe.
