Grain markets look to close lower for the fifth week in a row, November continuing the weakness that we saw in October. December corn on October 6th had just breached the $5 level. August rally was rolling over after reaching $5.50. Now here we are a month later, it’s been nearly a straight line down for five weeks in a row.
Prices are now at pre-summer rally levels and look headed toward $4.25. That was from late in June. Harvest keeps getting interrupted by rain events, 20% of the crop still in the fields. This is the bottom-line report.
