Indianapolis is turning blue, and the city loves it. For the 99th time, FFA members from all 50 states, Puerto Rico, gather for their annual convention and expo. It begins today in Indianapolis.
Kansas City holds memories for many FFA alumni. Yours truly included, as does Louisville, Kentucky. But Indianapolis is home, and FFA has signed agreements to keep it in Indianapolis through 2040.
Over 70,000 members, advisors, and supporters are attending the convention. It’s estimated to generate over $40 million for the city of Indianapolis. This is the bottom-line report.
Plans are already underway for the 100th annual FFA convention and expo next October. Some estimate that attendance could surpass 90,000.
