The Peanut Institute publishes information about what is nutrition about peanuts.

They say now it’s a brain-boosting benefit for men. Maintaining brain health in men, they say, requires attention to heart health, hormone regulation, and regular mental activity. Because men can be more vulnerable to accelerated cognitive aging and are less likely to seek treatment, preventive health care, including effective management of blood pressure and cholesterol.

It’s critical in lowering dementia risk as well. Smart nutrition matters too, making peanuts and peanut butter valuable allies for men’s brain health. They said that peanuts deliver cognitive support for men at every age.

A 2019 review of 19 experimental studies found those who ate peanuts and other nuts tend to perform better on cognitive tests and experience less decline over time. Nut consumption also shows a protective effect on cognitive function, and a higher intake of legumes and nuts is linked to better overall cognitive thinking. Eating just 10 grams of nuts per day is associated with 40 percent lower likelihood of poor cognitive function.

So, remember everything and have a good mind. Eat peanuts every day.
