AgroLiquid is expanding its presence in the Southeast with a new manufacturing facility in Lake City, Florida, designed to improve product availability and service for growers throughout the region.
Nick Bancroft with AgroLiquid said the Lake City location expands the company’s nationwide manufacturing footprint with the goal of reaching growers within roughly two days from the time an order is placed to product fulfillment.
For Southeast growers and agricultural retailers, Bancroft said one of the biggest benefits will be having products stocked closer to where they are needed.
“One of the biggest things is customer service, to be able to respond quickly, to have product stocked in their area so that when they have a need, we can respond well,” Bancroft said.
The facility also gives AgroLiquid a stronger position to serve crops important across Florida and the Southeast. Bancroft specifically pointed to cotton, peanuts and soybeans, while noting the company’s fertility products can be used through foliar applications, in-furrow applications and drip irrigation.
Bancroft said the company is excited about expanding its presence in the Southeast and working with crops that represent newer markets for AgroLiquid.
