If you’re interested in cotton and peanuts, the Cotton and Peanut Research Field Day will be held at the University of Georgia Tifton Campus Comfort Center in Tifton coming up on September the 2nd.
Mallory will have a list of people coming with a special presentation on each of those commodities with updates of those crops. Another one coming up is the South Carolina Peanut Cotton Field Day. This will be at Clemson Research Edisto Education Center in Blackville, South Carolina.
That’s on September the 10th. September the 10th also, on the same day, the North Carolina Growers Meeting will be held. That’s a field day at the Peanut Belt Research Station, Lewiston, Woodville, North Carolina.
Then coming up on September the 22nd through the 24th, the 38th Annual Georgia Peanut Tour will be held near Savannah, Georgia and the surrounding area. This area has exciting stops, on-farm harvest demonstrations with clinics, research at the University of Georgia Southeast Research and Education Center, and a visit to the Georgia Ports Authority. The Hot Topic Seminar starts on September 22nd.
