The Pro Farmer Crop Tour winds up today with USDA Crop Scouts heading out a week from today. Two Pro Farmer teams meet in Rochester, Minnesota tonight, one coming from the eastern Corn Belt, one from the west. They’ll compile data from the tour this week combined with other data they’ve received from other crop areas that were not part of the tour, and they’ll release a national production estimate tomorrow.
Daily social media posts throughout this week showing better yields in the eastern Corn Belt than USDA showed, but some were slightly lower estimates from the western belt. This is the bottom-line report. Helena and the team will be at the new agronomy zone at the Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa, September 1st through the 3rd.
Helena can show you how you can get more out of every acre.
