The US Department of Agriculture celebrated the 90th anniversary of the Natural Resource Conservation Service last week during ceremonies at the USDA headquarters in Washington DC. During the event, US Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins highlighted the history of the service and the vital work that it undertakes for our natural resources. NRCS Chief Aubrey Bettencourt recalls her first interaction with the service and the public private partnerships that lead to the services’ success.
