Uptick of Cattle Placements in Feedlots

While the recent Cattle on Feed Report from USDA noted the number of cattle and calves on feed for the slaughter market in the U.S. was down one percent from last year, it also shows placements in feedlots during January was up two percent. Rusty Halvorson has more details.
