Last Friday, the USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) released their November crop production reports. When it comes to cotton, the new forecast for all cotton production in the U.S. is 14.2 million 480-pound bales, slightly lower from the October report. Becky Summers has more of those numbers.
More of these and other crop numbers are available on the NASS website. Also available is the November cotton ginning’s report.
