
Many folks were affected by Hurricane Milton when it moved across the Florida peninsula last week, and that includes agriculture. USDA meteorologist Brad Rippey notes power outages and other challenges facing Florida dairy and farm operators affected by the storm.
This is something that Florida Cattlemen’s Association (FCA) Executive Vice President, Jim Handley talked about with Southeast AgNet when describing what they have encountered in efforts to help cattle producers affected by the storm.Â
