Cattle Industry Joining Together Against Cell-Cultured Protein

The discussion around cell-cultured protein has been hot lately with polarizing voices on both sides. As states begin banning the lab-grown meat, national cattle industry organizations from multiple countries are joining together for a greater voice against the unproven technology. I visited with National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) President, Mark Eisele, during the recent Florida Cattlemen’s Association convention to learn more.
