On Friday, February 23rd, the Florida Cotton Growers Association (FCGA).will hold their 3rd annual meeting at the UF/IFAS Jackson County Extension Office in Marianna.
James Marshall, FCGA President from Baker, FL will kick things off at 10 am CST Speakers for the event will discuss various issues including the Florida EPA depredation and where we are with FWC, the Florida Cotton Marketing Order update and what to expect, along with updates from the National Cotton Council, Cotton Board and Cotton, Inc.
Lunch will be served and all Florida cotton producers are invited, but attendees are asked to RSVP to Maddie Campbell (maddie.campbell@ffbf.org) or call 352-538-9321 so they can ensure an accurate headcount for lunch.
Florida cotton growers are encouraged to become a FCGA member, as dues are only $50/producer and $100/associate.
