The Georgia Peanut Commission reminds producers and industry experts who are interested in learning the latest industry trends and about next year’s crop that the 47th annual Georgia Peanut Farm Show and Conference is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 18.
The show will be held from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the University of Georgia (UGA) Tifton Campus Conference Center in Tifton, Georgia. The GPC-sponsored show is free and open to all farmers and industry representatives to attend.
Attendees will have the chance to meet with more than 100 agribusinesses and organizations in the agricultural industry.
The farm show will also offer the UGA Peanut Production Seminar from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and the Industry Seed Seminar from 10:35 a.m. to 11:35 a.m. The luncheon and awards ceremony will be held at noon.
