In our weekly “Around the State with Alabama Commissioner of Agriculture Rick Pate”, last week the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) held their annual meeting in Wyoming. Commissioner, I understand you were there so can you tell us a bit about this event?
NASDA is a nonpartisan, nonprofit association which represents the elected and appointed commissioners, secretaries, and directors of the departments of agriculture in all fifty states and four U.S. territories.
That’s our weekly Around the State with Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries (ADAI) Commissioner, Rick Pate.
