Peanut growers across the Southeast are invited to take part in the annual Southern Peanut Growers Conference, which will be held July 27-29 at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida.
Florida Peanut Producers Association Executive Director Ken Barton, told Southeast AgNet’s Randall Weiseman there will be something at this event for every peanut farmer out there.
The new Executive Director of the Alabama Peanut Producers Association, Libbie Johnson, told Weiseman she’s excited to learn more during the precision agriculture session.
But a reminder, the early bird registration deadline for this year’s Conference is June 30. Those interested in attending can click here to register. The registration fee increases on July 1.
