The new Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) website is now available to the public. And while the site is still a work in progress with more content coming soon, they are asking for feedback to help them improve it. The new website is designed for farmers, ranchers and forest landowners who use or want to learn more about NRCS programs.
The new NRCS site has been designed to support and enhance their mission by delivering relevant, timely, customer-focused information in an easy-to-navigate platform.
It’s been designed using the U.S. Web Design System, so you’ll see a certain “family resemblance” among USDA and other federal websites, including farmers.gov. It’s designed for use by people with disabilities, and it is mobile responsive, meaning it should work on a phone or tablet at easily as on a desktop computer.
Plus, you can find information on NRCS programs, services and other information in your state.
