The Alabama Beef Checkoff program has been busy this year sponsoring various Beef 101 courses. Alabama Cattlemen’s Association (ACA) Director of Education and Outreach, Ali Cantrell, looks back at the year after wrapping up their final course for 2022 this past Friday.
