The 25th annual Plains Peanut Festival is Saturday, Sept. 24 in Plains, Georgia. Tyron Spearman reports the 39th U.S. President Jimmy Carter and First Lady Rosalynn Carter plan to ride in the parade, while Mr. Peanut will officially lead the parade.
