The Alabama Beef Checkoff program was busy last week sponsoring the third in-person Beef 101 course this year. Alabama Cattlemen’s Association (ACA) Director of Education and Outreach, Ali Cantrell, says they are hoping to have even more next year.
Students from Boaz High School’s Family Consumer Science Class were among those taking part in this last event. Ali notes they always get a lot of good questions at the Beef 101’s.
