U.S. cotton exports are projected to reach 14.6 million bales for the 2020 crop year, according to the latest supply and demand report from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. National Cotton Council (NCC) Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis, Jody Campiche, runs through some of the changes in the newest report.

And while the cotton balance sheet for world production was reduced by almost one million bales, Campiche says world consumption increased.
