The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) kicks off their Strategic Planning Conference in Tucson, Arizona today. Prior to the annual event, they held a media conference call Tuesday, and USMEF President and CEO, Dan Halstrom, told us he’s feeling upbeat about U.S. meat exports.
