Fair and Festival-It’s What’s Going On
The Georgia National Fair opens Thursday, October 4th, and continues through the 14th of October. The fair features a lot of livestock shows. The fair isn’t just agriculture. It has got something for everyone including livestock and horse shows. There is competitive exhibits, lots of food and vendors, plus the midway rides. Entertainment almost every night at the fair in Perry, Georgia.
The Central Florida Peanut Festival is going to be held Saturday, October 6th. The Central Florida Peanut Festival will be held in Williston, Florida. Heritage Park will have over 100 exhibitors open from 9 to 4. Sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce in Williston. The gigantic exhibit at the show will be the Williston Peanut Company. Right next door will be John Grey, the CEO, and Tyron Spearman, grilling 700 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It is sponsored by the Peanut Institute and the National Peanut Buying Point Association. That will be Saturday October 6th at the Peanut Festival in Williston, Florida.
