A large part of the beef industry’s job involves making sure that beef is safe and wholesome for consumers, and producers can help maintain the standard by becoming Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) certified. National Cattlemen’s Beef Association Executive Director of Producer Education, Josh White, says many producers have taken advantage of the interactive online experience which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
