The Senate Appropriations Committee’s FY 2018 agriculture appropriations bill contain a provision making cottonseed eligible for oilseed Price Loss Coverage or PLC payments in the 2014 farm bill. And as Tyron Spearman reports, the House agricultural appropriations bill for FY 2018 contains similar language.
