As the Northern Plains grows drier, the concerns about conditions for crops, pastures, and topsoil moisture in that region also increase. But according to a story from Rod Bain, the long dry stretch for parts of Florida and Georgia is coming to an end thanks to recent precipitation, including significant rains this week.
