A letter was sent to the House Ways and Means Committee by a coalition of more than 30 agriculture groups asking that any tax reform package include permanent repeal of the estate tax. I recently asked National Cattlemen’s Beef Association Senior Vice President of Government Affairs Colin Woodall if he felt we could actually end 2017 without this once again being an issue.
