Representative Neil Combee

The Florida legislative session had reached it half-way point, and various bills continue to work their way through the process of possibly becoming law. Southeast AgNet Tallahassee Intern Josie Tomkow caught up with Representative Neil Combee from District 39, which includes northern Polk County and parts of northwestern Osceola County. He talked about about two of those bills, HB 849 and HB 779.
