AL Livestock Market Report:
At the Alabama Livestock Auctions for the week ending November 4th, receipts at 21 markets was an estimated 14,200 head compared to 12,465 last week and 14,654 year ago. Compared to one week ago slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 2.00 lower. All feeder classes sold mostly 2.00 to 6.00 higher. Trade was moderate with moderate demand on feeders.

Compared to one week earlier slaughter cows steady to 2.00 lower, slaughter bulls steady to 2.00 lower, feeder steers and steer calves 3.00 to 5.00 higher, feeder bulls and bull calves 2.00 to 4.00 higher, feeder heifers steady to 3.00 higher, heifer calves 2.00 to 5.00 higher, replacement cows mostly steady.
