U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) members are gathered in Carlsbad, California, this week to mark the organization’s 40th anniversary and conduct its annual strategic planning conference. During a teleconference with reporters, USMEF President and CEO Philip Seng, discussed what they call the “Tsunami of Meat”.
