USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Florida wants producers to know that a sign-up is underway for 2017 funding. Lisa Harper, district conservationist for Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, says this is through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).
