While an appeals court did order a nationwide stay against the Waters of the U.S. Rule, basically preventing the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers from implementing the WOTUS rule in all 50 states, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association’s Colin Woodall says producers need to remain focused on WOTUS as this ruling is only temporary.
