The Environmental Protection Agency recently announced it will not be finalizing 2014 volume standards under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) program before the end of the year, as the agency intends to take action on the rule sometime in 2015. So while the holidays will be a time of joy for many, it will also be a time of anxious waiting for supporters of the renewable fuels industry. Gary Crawford has the story.
