Much of Southeast Thawing Out After Rare Winter Event

Much of the southeast is thawing out today after a major winter event that brought significant snowfall, ice and freezing rain to areas not accustomed to such conditions. This photo was taken in the Athens, Georgia, area by a relieved Andrew McPeake with CAM Ranches, as he discovered that his preparations had helped prevent any major issues with his livestock herd.
