Today is the last day of the 2014 Cattle Industry Convention in Nashville, Tennessee where many topics have been discussed this week, including some taking place in our nation’s capitol. I was able to chat with Ashley McDonald, Environmental Council for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, about a certain EPA issue of importance to many people.
