Florida Dairy Farmer Pleased with Results from Gulf of Mexico Initiative

USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service Florida farmers located in the Escambia River and Middle Suwannee River Area watersheds have until February 21, 2014, to apply for 2014 funding for USDA’s Gulf of Mexico Initiative. Escambia County dairy farmer Brent Yoder has taken part in the Natural Resources Conservation program in the past and says that the implemented practices have been beneficial to the environment and his operation.
