NACD Expresses Concerns on Proposed FDA Rule

The first round of comments on The FDA standards for “Growing, Harvesting, Packing and Holding of Produce for Human Consumption” closed on Friday, and Earl Garber, president of the National Association of Conservation Districts, says they have concerns regarding the proposed regulations.
