The Beef Checkoff has announced the regional winners in the 2013 National Beef Cook-Off Contest, as each of the seven region winners receives a $1,500 cash prize. From the Southeast Region 2, the winner was Harold Cohen from Hollywood, Florida. His recipe was Tuscan Burgers & Avocado-Tomato Spread. To see his recipe CLICK HERE.
