An update on the citrus black spot infestation in Collier and Hendry counties is provided by Greg Carlton, chief of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ Bureau of Pest Eradication and Control. He offers some good news, but also says officials are puzzled by some of the black spot finds.
