Steve Musser, Assistant State Conservationist with USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service in Alabama encourages producers to plan for their 2013 conservation needs now by visiting with a local NRCS field office by October 19, the cutoff date for 2013 funding for several NRCS programs.
