A recent survey of U.S. beef and dairy producers shows that checkoff support is at 74 percent as an overwhelming majority of producers continue to believe that their checkoff has value for them in many ways. And Lane Holton, a beef producer from Camilla, Georgia who serves on the Georgia Beef Board, is one of those as he said marketing efforts from the checkoff are real important for the industry right now.
